Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GrowthMeteor (the “Service”), a tool that helps brands monitor mentions on social platforms and draft replies for human review. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service does
GrowthMeteor scans public posts and comments on connected platforms (such as Reddit, X and LinkedIn) for keywords you configure, and uses AI to draft suggested replies. The Service is draft-only: it does not post, comment, vote, or message on your behalf automatically. A human reviews and explicitly approves any content before it is published to a connected account.
2. Your accounts and connected platforms
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. When you connect a third-party account (e.g. Reddit, X or LinkedIn) via OAuth, you authorize the Service to act within the scopes you grant. You may disconnect a connected account at any time, which revokes the Service’s access going forward.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or manipulate votes, karma, or rankings;
- impersonate a human where the account is automated, or otherwise deceive others;
- violate the terms, policies, or rate limits of any connected platform;
- harass, threaten, or harm others, or post unlawful content.
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the rules of each platform you connect, including Reddit’s, X’s and LinkedIn’s developer and content policies.
4. AI-generated content
Suggested replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is published. The Service makes no warranty as to the suitability of generated content.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans, where offered, are billed through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from content you approve and publish, or from actions taken by connected platforms (including account suspensions or rate limiting).
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or a connected platform’s policies.
8. Changes and contact
