Confidence score

A confidence score is how sure the system is about a judgment it made, like whether a mention is relevant, so you can filter out the low-confidence noise.

A confidence score puts a number on certainty. When a mention is triaged, the system records how sure it is that the mention is relevant and that its intent read is right, on a simple 0 to 1 scale, so a borderline guess isn't treated the same as a clear match.

It matters for trust and for control. Low-confidence calls can be filtered out or held for a human, so you act on the mentions the system is genuinely sure about, and nothing risky slips through on a shaky guess.

GrowthMeteor scores its confidence on every triage decision and filters low-confidence noise before it reaches you, with a short plain-language reason a reviewer can skim.
