Adaptive monitoring

Adaptive monitoring tunes how often a source is checked based on its activity, scanning faster when a community heats up and slower when it's quiet.

Adaptive monitoring means the scan rate is not fixed. When a community gets busy, polling tightens toward minutes so you stay responsive; when it's quiet, it relaxes to save cost. Paid platforms can run on a slower clock to avoid surprise bills.

It matters because a fixed interval is always wrong: too slow and you miss the moment, too fast and you waste spend and hit rate limits.

GrowthMeteor tunes each brand's cadence automatically, with self-healing backoff when a platform rate-limits, then recovers on its own.
