One login for the whole team doesn't scale

When everyone works out of a single account, brands bleed into each other and nobody knows who changed what. Agencies juggling several clients end up with mixed keywords, mixed voice and a shared password in a doc. You need real separation between brands and real boundaries between people, without spinning up a separate subscription for each one.

  • ×Brands share one account, so keywords and connected accounts get tangled
  • ×No roles means everyone can change everything
  • ×Adding a teammate means sharing a password, not granting access
How it works

How team workspaces keep brands and people separate

Step 1

Give each brand its own workspace

Organize work into workspaces, and put each brand in its own with its own keywords, voice and connected Reddit, X, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts. The brand switcher only shows the active workspace's brands, so they never bleed together. Your plan sets how many brands and workspaces you can run.

Step 2

Invite teammates with the right role

Invite people by email and assign owner, admin or member. They open a secure link, sign in, and join the workspace. Links expire after 14 days, and an invite can only be redeemed by the email it was sent to, so a forwarded link is useless to anyone else.

Step 3

Manage seats from one plan

Members plus pending invites count toward your plan's seat limit, so a sent-but-unaccepted invite already holds a seat. When you hit the cap you see a clear upgrade prompt instead of a silent failure, and you can revoke a pending invite to free a seat. Seat limits run from 1 on Free up to 15 on Agency.

Who it’s for

Built for B2B SaaS teams that run more than one thing

Whether you run a single product or a roster of client brands, workspaces let the right people work on the right brand without stepping on each other.

Founders

Start solo in your own workspace, then bring growth and support teammates in as members without handing over your login.

Growth teams

Split product lines or regions into separate workspaces, each with its own keywords, voice and connected accounts.

Agencies

Keep every client in an isolated workspace and assign admins per account, all billed under one Agency plan with up to 15 seats.

FAQ

Team & workspaces questions, answered

What roles can I assign teammates?
Three: owner, admin and member. The owner holds the workspace and can't be removed or have their role changed. Admins and members are invited by email, and you can change a teammate's role or remove them at any time from the team settings.
How do invites work, and are they secure?
You invite someone by email and they get a link to a join page. They sign in and accept to become a member. Links expire after 14 days, and an invite can only be accepted by the exact email it was sent to, so a leaked or forwarded link can't be redeemed by a different account. You can revoke a pending invite any time.
How are seats counted and limited?
A seat is one accepted member or one pending invite in a workspace. Both count toward your plan's per-workspace seat limit, so a sent-but-unaccepted invite already holds a seat. If you hit the limit you'll see an upgrade prompt rather than a silent error. Seat limits go from 1 on Free, 2 on Starter, 5 on Growth, up to 15 on Agency.
Can each brand have its own keywords and connected accounts?
Yes. Each brand lives in a workspace with its own keywords, voice and connected Reddit, X, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts. Brands never share configuration, and the dashboard switcher only shows the active workspace's brands so they stay cleanly separated.
