Buying intent detection that ranks who's ready to buy

GrowthMeteor triages every mention for relevance, sentiment, emotion and intent-to-act, so the conversations most likely to convert rise to the top and the noise filters itself out.

4 high-intent mentions ranked first, low-confidence noise held back.

Most mentions are noise. The few that signal a sale are buried.

A keyword feed treats a passing reference and a 'we are leaving Stripe, what should we use?' the exact same way. Your team burns time scrolling past chatter to find the one thread where someone is actually shopping. By the time a buying signal surfaces, the conversation has moved on. You need the high-intent moments pulled to the front, with the reasoning attached, not a flat stream sorted by recency.

  • ×Buying signals lost in a flat, recency-sorted firehose
  • ×No way to tell idle chatter from someone ready to switch
  • ×Reviewer time wasted on mentions that were never worth a reply
How it works

How intent ranking surfaces buyers first

Step 1

Classify the buying signal on every mention

Each mention is tagged with its intent-to-act: buying, migration, dissatisfaction, demand, churn risk or advocacy. This signal is judged separately from the content type, so a plain-looking question that actually means 'I am shopping' still surfaces as a buying signal.

Step 2

Score confidence and filter the noise

Triage scores how confident it is that a mention is genuinely worth a reply, and how sure it is of the buying signal. It is deliberately conservative, low-confidence noise is held back so your reviewer only sees mentions that clear the bar.

Step 3

Rank by intent, grounded in your brand

Triage reads your product, audience and positioning, not just a keyword, then sorts the feed so the strongest buying signals lead. Sentiment, emotion and reach-weighted severity ride along, so a high-reach complaint outranks the same words from a fresh account.

Who it’s for

Built for B2B SaaS teams that sell through conversation

If your buyers research in communities before they hit your site, intent ranking points you at the few people who are actually ready to talk, so you spend your time where it converts.

Founders

Catch every 'looking to switch off X' thread without reading the whole firehose yourself.

Growth teams

Work a feed sorted by buying intent so outreach lands on qualified pipeline, not chatter.

Marketers

Turn real demand and migration signals into replies, instead of guessing which mentions matter.

FAQ

Intent ranking questions, answered

How does intent ranking decide what counts as a buying signal?
Every mention is classified with an intent-to-act label, one of buying, migration, dissatisfaction, demand, churn risk, advocacy or none. This is judged separately from the content type, so a question can still carry buying intent, and the labels drive how the feed is ranked.
How is this different from a keyword alert?
Keyword alerts treat every mention equally. GrowthMeteor triages each one for relevance, sentiment, emotion and intent-to-act, scores its confidence, and ranks the strong buying signals to the top, so you act on the threads that convert instead of scrolling a flat firehose.
Will it flood me with false positives?
It is built to be conservative. Triage favors a low false-positive rate, and low-confidence mentions are filtered out rather than passed through, because a human reviews what gets through and their time is the scarce resource.
Is the ranking tuned to my product or generic?
Tuned to you. Triage is grounded in your product, audience and positioning, so relevance and intent reflect your category, not a generic keyword match. Reach-weighted severity also lifts mentions from high-influence accounts.
