Route social alerts into Slack, your CRM and support tools

Connect GrowthMeteor to the tools your team already lives in. High-intent mentions and crisis alerts land in Slack, Teams, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, email or any webhook, so the right person sees them in seconds.

The signal is worthless if it dies in another tab.

Your team does not live in yet another dashboard. They live in Slack, in the CRM, in the support queue. When a high-intent buyer or a brewing crisis surfaces in GrowthMeteor but the alert never reaches the person who can act, the moment is gone. The fix is not more notifications, it is routing each finding to exactly where the work already happens.

  • ×Buying signals sitting unseen in a tool nobody keeps open
  • ×Sales chasing leads with no record in the CRM
  • ×Crisis alerts that reach comms hours too late
How it works

How GrowthMeteor routes alerts into your stack

Step 1

Connect the tools you already use

Add Slack or Teams for chat alerts, Zendesk or Intercom for tickets and conversations, Salesforce or HubSpot for CRM, plus email or any generic webhook for Zapier. Slack uses an incoming webhook and HubSpot a private-app token, while Teams, Salesforce, Zendesk and Intercom connect over OAuth. Every connection is stored encrypted, per brand.

Step 2

High-severity findings escalate automatically

When the crisis or integrity agent fires a high-severity alert, GrowthMeteor routes it to every connected destination at once: a Salesforce Task or Lead, a Zendesk ticket, an Intercom contact, a HubSpot note or a Slack message. Severity rides along, so urgent items land as high priority in your support tools.

Step 3

You stay in control of what leaves the app

External routing is gated by each agent's autonomy setting. On the default suggest mode, alerts show in-app and wait for a human before anything is sent out. Turn an agent up to auto and it escalates on its own, and GrowthMeteor records exactly which destinations received each alert.

Who it’s for

Built for B2B SaaS teams that work across tools

If your buying signals matter to sales, your crises matter to comms, and your support team needs context fast, integrations put each one where it belongs without anyone watching a separate screen.

Founders

Get the alerts that matter pushed straight to Slack instead of yet another dashboard to babysit.

Growth teams

Log high-intent mentions to Salesforce or HubSpot so sales can follow up with full context.

Support & comms

Turn a brewing crisis into a prioritized Zendesk ticket or Intercom contact the moment it is detected.

FAQ

Integrations questions, answered

Which tools does GrowthMeteor integrate with?
Slack, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, email, and a generic webhook that can post to Zapier or any endpoint you control. You can connect as many as you like per brand.
Does connecting Salesforce or HubSpot create records automatically?
Yes, when routing fires it creates a real record: a Salesforce Task, Lead or Case (your choice), or a HubSpot note in the activity feed your team can associate with a contact or deal. Zendesk gets a ticket and Intercom gets a lead contact.
Will alerts get sent out without my approval?
No, not by default. Routing to external tools only happens when an agent is set to auto, and only for high-severity alerts. On the default suggest mode, alerts appear in-app and wait for a human before anything is sent.
What if I use a tool you do not natively support?
Use the generic webhook. GrowthMeteor posts each alert as JSON to any URL you provide, so you can pipe it into Zapier, an internal service, or any other system you control.
