Approve every AI reply, or let the safe ones post themselves

Start fully approve-first, with nothing posting until you click. When you trust it, let high-confidence, compliant replies auto-post inside a daily cap and minimum gap you set, while anything risky still waits for a human.

Competitor, sensitive and low-confidence replies always wait for a human, even on auto.

Full automation feels reckless. Approving every reply by hand doesn't scale.

Hand a bot the keys and it will eventually post the wrong thing in the wrong thread and damage your brand. But reviewing every single draft yourself means high-intent conversations go cold while you sleep, and your week disappears into a review queue. Most tools force an all-or-nothing choice. GrowthMeteor lets you set autonomy per brand and move the dial only as far as you trust it.

  • ×All-or-nothing automation: either a risky free-for-all or a manual bottleneck
  • ×Good replies sit in a queue while the thread cools and the moment passes
  • ×No guardrails on competitor threads or sensitive topics when you do automate
How it works

How approve-or-auto-post autonomy works

Step 1

Everything is approve-first by default

Out of the box, the engagement agent drafts replies and queues them. Nothing posts until you review it and click approve. You read each draft, edit it if you want, and send it yourself, with full human control from day one.

Step 2

Turn on auto-posting within caps you set

When you're ready, switch the engagement agent's autonomy to auto, capped or full auto. From then on, confident, compliant replies post on their own, but only inside the daily post cap and minimum gap between posts you control per brand, so it can never flood a feed.

Step 3

Risky replies always wait for a human

Even on auto, a reply is held for review if it falls below the confidence bar, names a competitor, touches a sensitive topic, or fails the compliance recheck run at post time. Only the single strongest, safe draft per mention ever posts itself.

Who it’s for

Built for B2B SaaS teams who want speed without losing control

If you want to be in conversations fast but refuse to hand your brand voice to an unsupervised bot, autonomy controls let you dial up automation exactly as far as your trust goes, one brand at a time.

Founders

Stay approve-first while you learn the agent's voice, then let the safe replies post while you build.

Growth teams

Auto-post the clear wins within set caps and reserve your review time for the judgment calls.

Brand & comms

Keep competitor threads and sensitive topics in human hands even when everything else is automated.

FAQ

Approve or auto-post questions, answered

Does GrowthMeteor post replies without my approval?
No, not unless you turn it on. Every brand starts approve-first: the agent drafts and queues replies, and nothing posts until you click approve. Auto-posting is opt-in and off by default.
What stays under human review when I enable auto-posting?
Anything risky. A reply is held for a human if its confidence is below the bar, if it names a competitor, if it touches a sensitive topic, or if the compliance check fails when it reruns at post time. Only the single strongest, compliant draft per mention is eligible to auto-post.
Can I limit how often it auto-posts?
Yes. You set a daily post cap and a minimum gap between posts per brand, and those limits apply to both auto-posts and your own approvals, so the agent can never post too much or too fast.
Is auto-posting all-or-nothing across my brands?
No. Autonomy is set per brand: suggest-only, auto within caps, or full auto. You can keep one brand fully approve-first while letting a brand you trust more post the safe replies on its own.
